The agents delivered, unpacked and installed the new TV on schedule and promptly took everything away after verifying the set worked properly.

Very professional crew came and cleaned up after the installation. Explained the new TV thoroughly.

My stand was too small since this manufacturer has braces on the ends of the TV and not the middle - so TV was set up on the floor and left there. Helpers left right after setting up TV and head guy staying to show me ROKU - he was very antcy and just wanted to finish the job quick - made me feel like an inconvenience. My wall bracket was too small so he offered to install one I could buy and made a call but I felt the price for the bracket was too high and said NO. I will not use this set up service again - too little assistance.

Bobby and his helper showed up at the time promised.They were very careful removing the the 65"TCL from the box.They moved my 43" TCL to another room for me and hooked that up too.They took their time explaining the functions and answered any questons.Both were very professional and courteous. I was very impressed!

The team that came to set up our new TV & modem were AMAZING! The new TV was up and ready for receiving the Wifi very quickly. One of the agents did the TV task while answering all our questions. Once the TV could receive a signal the new voice remote was introduced & my husband was all set.

Placed order, no problems, received update calls, ordered high dollar value projector and geek guys installed.

Was going to mount TV myself but in turn decided on Geek Squad. They were perfect on the installation.

Took old one down replaced it with the new one, did a great one job works like a champ. They were taking old TV to recycle, there was a crew installing Wood Floors, one of the men said he would like have the old TV, I managed to run the Geek Squad down and they returned the TV. I appreciate them going to the going to the trouble to return it, the guy took i home and he said it works great. Thanks for the extra effort.

Yes this is a nice T V. There is clarity in the picture and the size is good for the space.
