while the problem of establising a mouse to keyboard problem, I received excellent, attentive service for the Geek Squad representative. On the other hand, navigating your website was confusing and difficult you might add an "other" category for problems that are relative to your service. Trying to schedule an appointment was also cumbersome. I ultimately chose togo to the store.

May I say that even though the young man did an excellent job and was most kind and helpful, I feel, I, that any installation that is 50 inches or over should be handled by two technicians, not one alone. I have a large entertainment center and he truly needed another pair of hands to help him install. He never complained. My observation.

While set-up and connection are not complicated, it was great to have this expertly done, since I needed old TV hauled away anyway.

Our installer--Ike, was incredibly good. He was unflappable, remarkably polite, phenomenally competent, and totally professional. We have had numerous items installed by Best Buy in our various residences, but Ike was miles ahead of anyone else. He kept us posted at each stage, was meticulous on making sure we were happy with the positioning of the TVs (3) and components, and extremely neat. He had wonderful patience because numerous issues came up in the process. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how good Ike was.
