the agent installed my Tv and connected to all my devices did not take long they even took the box and all trash away

The delivery guys hooked up my new device with all the components.

The Geeks installed a 65" Sony A90J in our bedroom, getting everything up and running. The 60" TV replaced by the Sony was moved to our sunroom, where it displaced a 2006 46" Sony XBR. The Geeks were very accommodating, helpful, and personable. They took the time to explain that which required explaining. I look forward to working with the Geeks should I need their assistance.

The geek squad unpacked, set things up, connected cables, and synchronized remotes. Well worth the price!

Stephen Canady of Best Buy, Santa Rosa, ca Geek Squad, came to the house to install our new tv. When we discovered that it wouldn't fit on the stand, he looked up another tv that would, exchanged it and returned the next day to install it. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he install the tv but he hooked up the DVR, the Amazon fire stick, and wrote out instructions for us. He could not have been nicer. I highly recommend him, not only for Geek Squad and Best Buy, but as a person.

Agents connected tv to phone and gave us instructions on how to use the remotes.

TV got connected,however I had a 7:00 A:m -1:00p;m WHEN 12:30 came around & I heard nothing,I checked online,it said the 3rd party delivering was running a bit late.So I waited,then @ 2:15 & nothing I called, Geek squad & was told they would be Late.They were already Late.Finally @3:15 I got a call saying they were on their way. I was VERY disapointed that I waited all day for my delivery.Not even a phone call to let me know they were going to be Late,annoying.

Very pleased with the Geek Squad. They provided a nice installation and consulted me along the way. They provide a service I couldn't do myself

Agents connected the TV to Blu-ray, receiver and external speakers, but programing the remote was a problem as this was the first time the agent had programed one of these remotes. After the agents left I had problems using the universal remote and subsequently ended up buying a Harmony remote from Amazon and returning the first remote. That resulted in needing Geek Squad to come back and program the Harmony at an additional expense,

Rony was our installer and I give him an A+. He was very knowledgeable and proficient at his job. He also cleans up after himself.
