Unfortunately tv didn’t fit on our stand and had to be returned. Michael was extremely patient and helpful in selecting a new tv and rescheduled our delivery and setup.

The training on how to use the smart TV was too quick and not enough time to grasp the process. Needed more time.

Best Buy delivered my TV within the scheduled window and were very sanitary (gloves, masks, etc). They installed my TV and got it connected to my blu ray player and cable. They were also very patient as I downloaded and signed in to my preferred apps (Netflix, etc). They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made recommendations for future products to enhance my at home theater. I’m very pleased and will use this service again.
