My geek came and installed my tv and sound bar in minutes. Hi was professional and very knowledgeable of the products.

Lacy took the time to look over the TV and found it was damaged. Went back to the store to get a different one and helped me do the even exchange. Called to let me know when she was on her way back. Installation was done and operation was explained to me - very pleasant. The original scheduling was an issue and had to be rescheduled - I received several confusing texts about rescheduling - one of them was at 1:00 a.m.!!
