Chris arrived on schedule. He brought in the new TV, took it out of the box, and the removed our old TV. He set up the new one and connected the Comcast cable, the Xbox, and the Switch. He then proceed to explain how the new TV operated and answered all our questions. He also then showed that all the devices were connected.

The guys were great! Professional, polite, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! Without the Geek Squad, I would still be wrestling the television and it’s extremely heavy stand out of the box.
