Geek Squad makes installment so easy and it takes them very little time to accomplish the track! Great workmanship!

Taylor Fox of the Geek Squad was the best. I am a TotalTech member and he took on the installation and when I asked him about a sound bar and he recommended what he had himself and so I went and got that too and he installed it. Taylor knew the house, had it all installed quickly and I like having someone who knows what he is doing to recommend products to me.,

Agent mounted my TV. Explained use of remote, showed all benefits of TV and answered my questions.

The agent hooked up the TV and it worked fine until I went to turn it on again and I discovered I had to use the TV remote and the Dish remote to watch live TV, this is a real pain and makes me wonder why I choose this service. All the other TV's I have had will work with the Dish remote. I talked to a member of the Geek Squad and they said the problem was with the Dish remote. I doubt this very much because the Dish remote will everything on the TV but start the live picture. The ROKU home screen comes on with the Dish remote and the only way to watch TV is to use the TV remote, a real pain. I think the service is not of much value
