The two gentlemen who came to do the setup were polite, professional and explained everything in fine detail. Very pleased.

He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed a genuine interest in helping me. He made an excellent effort to understand my needs.

They did a good job of setting up my 75" TV. It did not need to be mounted. The remote isn't completely set up making me use two remotes. I will figure it out on my own. The service was incredibly fast, i think next day.

I had an 11am Appointment with the Delivery person and Instalation. Later in the day he was running late and showed up at around 4pm. I also needed my DVR tape player Connected to the TV. He declined to to that for me. Now I can't reach the back of the TV to connect it. I'm not happy about that, it's just sitting here and I can't use it. I needed an at home delivery with Full Installation. I couldn't lift the box and TV from my car and upstairs so I paid for the at home delivery and Installation. Dissatisfied with being late and not installing my DVR to my TV.

Our new TV is so clear, bright or vibrant and excellent to watch...my old TV was 23 yrs old, Beastly heavy and probably cost more to turn on. Our Best Buy tech guys were excellent with everything and got us back up to date with our TV and speakers etc.
