The Geek Squad did a great job setting up the Tv and all its features. My friend was very satisfied with the service.

On time, got everything connected and set up. Had wifi working and cleaned up the mess.

The Geek Squad technician showed up on time. He was courteous and extremely helpful. After everything was hooked up, he took the time to show me how everything worked and how to use the viewing settings.I had an issue with part of the install which could have been my fault due to lack of understanding. The technician returned a couple of days later and took care of the problem in a courteous and professional manner. It was well worth the money for the piece of mind.

I made a purchase of a 49” Samsung TV and it was hand delivered on November 12, 2018. Anthony Assante and Mark were very professional and efficient to bring and set up my TV. These two were very respectful and caring toward this customer. I was greeted well and these two men were good representatives of Best Buy and their product. I will continue to purchase from Best Buy.

The Geek Squad removed the old TV and installed the new one quickly and efficiently.

The Great Geek Guys (GGG) did it again. They know what they are doing, clean up the packaging, inquire about assisting other projects, etc., etc. While to some the cost seems on the high side, it is not! No frustration, no mess and no fuss are real products and the expense is well worth it.

The two young men were very pleasant and did a fine job.

I was not present, but my daughter said they were fast and hooked everything up ,and explained things well. I just wish they hadn't used so many ties on cords , made it hard to move other components.

The agents remounted my TV on a stand and connected all my units, speakers, cable box and DVD player. All went well and is working just fine. This service is not free and a bit pricey, but for me, worth it.

I’m not the most tech savvy guy around, but I think I could have managed to get my TV home, hopefully without damage, wrestled it into the house, unpacked it, set it up, then cleaned up my mess and gotten rid of the packing materials ... but why bother when the Geek Squad can handle all that (and do it better). So, my advice is to cough up the extra few bucks and have the Geek Squad make buying your new TV a totally pleasant experience. Thanks, Best Buy and Geek Squad! .

The two guys who came out were great. They really took their time explaining everything to us. They set up everything and didn't leave until we understood it.

They rock!! They hooked everything up and showed me the main functions of the TV and how to use the control to best fit my needs !!

I have four devices and the Geek installed alll quickly and they work perfectly
