Geek squad installed my tv and ensured all features I wanted worked and showed me how to use them.

Tech arrived within scheduled time. Explained everything he did and made sure everything worked correctly.

TV has amazingly great picture and features. Geek squad hook up was good (not great).

Was confuesd at first about how to controll TV ,the salesman did not explain when I purchased the TV that I would need a smart phone to program the operation of this tv. We have flip phones not compatible. The wonderful thing about all this was, not at any Time did Best Buy or the Geek Squad abondon us, they worked with us and through this problem without any additional cost. I thank the store and Geek squad for resolving the issue at hand. Thank You Best Buy and Geek Squad.

The agents who came to my home were knowledgeable and they worked on setting up my old 46" TV, which had been in storage for several years. They found a broken piece of plastic and determined that my TV was damaged. They had excellent customer service skills which I highly appreciate.

Michael did everything to set up a TV that was to big. He told me he'd take care of everything and he did, even the credit. If I ever have Geek Squad here again, I want him !! )

I hired the geek squad to deliver my new 65 inch smart TV and show me how to use it. As it was my first smart TV, I had no idea how it worked. Luckily, I was sent a great technician/instructor. His name was Nitai and he was professional and very patient. He did not make me feel like I was asking stupid questions, and he stayed until all my questions were answered. He is the best!!

Geek Squad was right o time to install my TV. they were fast, efficient and explained everything I needed to know. A week or so after the installation the TV lost the internet connection. The on screen commands didn't work to reconnect it so I called the Geek Squad and they walked me through correcting the problem on the phone. The installers even left contact info so that I could reach contact them if I had any questions.

In a day when most companies do not understand the meaning of customer service, my recent experience with Geek Squad went above and beyond. My cable lines needed to be re-routed through a built in bookcase. They took great care to only drill enough to fish the lines. They cleaned up their mess before they left and explained everything to me. I am not what you call Techy and they gave me more information, in easy to understand terms. Thanks Best Buy for having such a great support group.

The guys were GREAT!! Got my TV up & going. They were friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. I have told my friends how well my install went. I will definitely call the Geek Squad when I have the need.

They took the time to explain the Tv and the operation of the remote ,making sure we understood how everything works. They were patient, friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again .
