Geek Squad technician unboxed and set up my new TV, and explained the remote control functions. In addition, showed me how to connect a thumb drive to the USB port which gives me the ability to slideshow photos on the TV. He is very polite and professional. Also, wore shoe coverings which I appreciate.

The service from the Geek squad was great to have since I don't have a vehicle large enough to haul a big TV. Plus the 1st television they brought to our house was damaged. So they brought a new one within a few weeks without any issues. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

It has been 12 years since I set up a tv. That is why I decided to let someone that knows what they are doing set it up. Tvs have changed so much from my last that I knew it was time. I did not have it wall mounted but they set up a stablizing strap from the back of the tv to my entettainment cabinet. In addition to setting it up all my questions were answered as they went along.
