    Was done earlier than scheduled by a competent installer. Set my whole system up within 45min.CD,DVD,Roku and Direct TV.

    Jason Hechathorn delivered and connected my TV using my Bose sound system and Cox cable remote as I requested. Took the time to answer questions and explain features to me. Professional and friendly. Very impressed.

    Geek Squad setup my new tv and connected all my devices to my tv and the web. They even replaced my HDMI cable that was defective at no additional cost.

    I was so glad i shoped at best buy they have a great customer service department. They helped me to replace a broken set, with a new one and set a trained friendly technician. To help set it up. I plan to always buy tvs from Best buy.

    Crew was very professional & quick to install... they gave clear instructions ... but I didn't write those down ... am struggling with the remote. Tv sound thru receiver does not turn on automatically every time as they said. And if I've had music on & want to turn on the tv ... I can't get the sound of tv to run thru system inside while music is on outside! Help!

    The Agent placed my new TV on my stand and then programmed it for me. He was very professional. Also boxed up my old TV and picked up all plastic and paper leaving my living room clean.
