I had a Geek Squad installer deliver and set up a 50 inch TV. He connected it to all my attachments, set up the wireless router connection, explained how the TV controls worked, answered our questions, and removed our old TV. He was quick, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. In the past, we bought our TVs from Best Buy because of the Geek Squad expertise. This experience lived up to our expectations. We will be back when we buy our next TV.

This is an amazing TV, the picture is unbelieveable.

Ordered my Insignia TV in July, I am very please with the quality of this TV. Agents delivered and set everything up for me, explained how everything worked, They are the best guys at what they do. I love my new 43" TV, it was just right for me, and works perfect. The agents clean up after they finish and they are professional but also kind and very respectful. Keep up the good work.

The agent did a great job setting up the TV. However, he did not immediately have a connection wire that was needed. He found one and was able to use it. I still give him 5 stars. He explained everything well.

We have Total Tech service which has served us well over the years. I needed Geek Squad to deliver and set up my TCL 32" TV for my room at my son's home in VA, where I live part-time. Per usual, Geek Squad arrived as scheduled and the set-up went perfectly. He set up everything according to plan. I'm always grateful for this service.

The techs did a great job installing my new TV, and recommended a stand that I should purchase, that would work best for the TV and cabinet in which it sits.

This isn't the first time the Geek Squad has come to our house to install a TV. As usual, these guys take serious pride in their work. they take the time to tell you each step they are doing and why. Once the install is complete they go through the TV and the apps on the TV. they ensure that you absolutely have no questions before they head out to their next appointment. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The Geek squad men were very nice. They wore their masks the whole time. The worked as a team and got the job done quickly. Make sure if you make a geek squad appt that you are actually getting geek squad from Bestbuys. There is another group they subcontract to that is horrible. I did not care for their service after what their technician did to my security camera.

When I bought my 65" TV I knew that they'd deliver it, but I also ordered a speaker bar w/woofer and a wireless headset, so I signed up for the setup. The guy at the store wasn't sure that the setup would allow two things working to the tv at the same time, and I might have to plug/unplug one thing at a time. The two guys talked it out, came up with a solution and both things work at the same time without a manual change, I'm a happy camper!

The service was for installation and setup of a 4k Roku TV from TCL. The installers came on time and were friendly and professional. Good to get what you expect from service!
