    Erik was very good at doing his job...very thorough and quick and answered my questions and gave me advice about operating my tv. He also advised me about getting a soundbar because the tv sound system was not good enough.

    Arrived on time. Courteous. Did everything from removal to set up. Explained operation. Helped place the old TV in another room. Took the packaging away after installation. Great experience.
