My husband got me a new color tv for my birthday. Installed with no problem.

I thought they did an excellent job with the replacement.

My TV was installed. The Geek Squad service and explanations were exceptional.

very knowledgable and had the tv up and running in minutes. and also advised to get a new sound bar and then went and got it for me and came back and installed it. it was a wonderful experience until 2 laters the tv died!!!@@!@

The two young men who came in to mount and connect our new TV were so professional and fast! They were there exactly when they said they would be there and were so very polite. I am so happy this service was available. And the cost was so reasonable (a whole lot cheaper than the divorce would have cost if my hubby and I would have tried to do this together, lol).

We were having difficulty with properly setting up our new Sony TV. Come to find out we had connected it properly but we needed to have HD service from our service provider. The tech was very good at giving us a tutorial on that matter and did the find tuning adjustments to get us ready for the new service level. We have now got that and the TV is as advertised. Thanks again to Stephen.

Sam the floor manager was very helpful, took me back and showed where the 25 ft Cat-6 network cable was and informed me as to how to get my new washer and dryer hooked up through Geek Squad

Sony 4k tv is great.. Picture like real life . The dynamic range and contrast looks like a photograph.
