In dealing with a much older Sony Sound & DVR Player, there were some issues that required a second visit. However, they are all fixed now and so the complete system works great again.

I use Geek Squad for all my needs. Never disappointed and they are always efficient, competent, and clean.

1st Geek Squad came and did not set it up right had problems with the TV remote. 2nd. time was better

Geek squad did very professional job of installing my speakers. Had the subwoofer on back order for over a month so configuration was not complete. The subwoofer came a week after so I called, texted, and email to feel squad tech to come to complete the configuration but never got an answer. Had to manually configure the system to the best if my knowledge. Highly recommend that if you do not have all the speakers to wait before calling the geek squad to avoid this inconvenience and frustration.

Would definitely use Geek Squad again! Well worth the extra $ to have everything set up quickly and accurately!
