The Geek Squad agent did a very good job connecting and setting up my new Sony 43” Class X80K Series LED 4K HDR Smart Google TV. He arrived right on time, was courteous, and answered all my questions efficiently.

They came on time and installed each tv on the wall and made sure they were centered correctly

Seems like was set up correctly. They did not seem to want to provide any extra assistance if we encountered a problem after they left. Told us to contact the manufacturer or Best Buy??? Remote not set up to do everything, like DVR features, we still need to use two remotes. Also some questions we asked were answered incorrectly, after using the remote we found some features the tech did not know about & said it could not do
