Everything was just awesome tv works great service was excellent!!!

I am so happy that I chose to have the Geek Sqad set up and connect the TV. This was a gift to my 95 year old mother and her old tv was so outdated. The squad connected her tv to the outdated cable box with instructions for me to update the service to HD.They made sure my mother understood how to use the set and programmed the remote for her so she was able to access programs using her familiar remote. They were fast, efficient and clean.

These folks were just fantastic . Kept me informed, did everything I wanted in perfect time.

Had 2 installers from Geek Squad to mount and install my new tv. They were very neat and did a great job.

The agents arrived on time and was very professional and hooked up my new tv to my sound system and my cable box and also explained how everything worked together and how to operate my system. They were experts in their field and I would recommend them to my friends however I would like to mention reaching anyone at Best Buy’s is impossible and I tried to many times!

The gentleman who set up my tv were very professional and took their time in doing so. I would highly recommend them. They were pretty much on time and called to let me know when they would Arrive at my house.

My Geek Squad guy called in advance and arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable. He delivered and set up my Sony 55” OLED TV, a Sony 3 channel sound bar, and a Sony Blu-Ray player, and walked me through all operation procedures answering all my questions along the way. I have used the services of the Geek Squad in the past and have always been pleased!

Very professional TV installation and set up. Glad I got this done. Spared me a lot of agrevation. Issue arose after installation, TV and cable box, and sound bar got out of sequence. Need to fuss with all three remote control boxes to get started. Very agrevating, not always the same issue. Cable box starts up okay, but need to power up with separate TV remote. Than I occasionally get a "no signal" so I have to fuss with the INPUT on the remote to get a signal. Sometimes I get picture with no sound so I have to fuss with the sound bar. This is a brand new set-up, I don't need all this agrevation.

My last tv was installed by a neighbor a few years ago, but this upgraded model had more features. I contend it is worth the money because you want to make sure to ask important questions on what NOT to do with your tv, such as how to move it, where and where NOT to install it, and HOW to easily navigate around the onboard computer. If you do NOT hire GEEK, you may miss something important. DO NOT make that mistake......

Geek Squad installed TV and all connected devices and left. Installer did leave phone number where he could be reached anytime. Had to call him a couple of times to understand TV. He was always helpful!!

The agent removed my old TV and replaced it with this new Samsung. He connected everything and made sure I understood the various features and also insured my streaming services were accessible to me. Did a tremendous job and was extremely pleasant to deal with.
