When, the Geek squad finally arrived after three weeks, I was refused installation by the agent because his helper who came with him would not assist him. Without him, no installation of any products. The helper who would not be given a name made up a story that he was going to throw up and vomit on himself, this was made up to get out of work. The agent said it was hopeless with this man and that it would never be installed due to him. I went outside with agent, Rajid, and the helper from West End Nashville Best Buy started immediately to Bully me and was yelling "You,You,You" at me . This is illegal behavior to defraud a senior, 70 Year Old Woman like me, of her purchases and bully her like that on her property. This is called "Senior Abuse" where it is illegal to defraud a senior age 50 or older and bully them. I will be talking to the Nashville Metro Police Fraud and Detection unit to file a police report on West End Nashville Geek Squad for fraudulent behavior towards a Senior Citizen in her home. I will request that this man and his supervisor be investigated by a Nashville Metro Detective assigned to this fraud case. We will see what happens. Criminal charges need to be filed on this. This man undermined his co-worker and deliberately and with premeditated behavior denied me my tv and tv stand setup and installation. Also, I was refused my haul off of my old tv that I paid for. When I asked the Agent if he would unplug my old tv and haul it way , he said no. I told him that I paid for this. I don't understand why I was abused at my home and why would a delivery man refuse to unplug my tv. I have researched complaints on this particular group of geek squad at West Nashville on the internet. This is a common behavior with them and other customers have not received the installation that they have paid for. This common occurrence with them is unacceptable. Shame on Best Buy West Nashville! Shame!

Very timely install and very knowledgeable regarding products. Was very open to answer questions throughout

the geek squad installed both my devices and made sure each device worked. they work cleanly and quickly taking all trash with them.

Alex from Reno NV delivered and setup our Samsung S90C TV. Called us to deliver early and did an amazing job. Spent time with us to help with settings. Will recommend him to everyone

Just getting back from the hospital I was not physically able to connect and set up my new television. I called the Geek Squad and they gave me an appointment and sent Chris out to unboxed the television mount it on my wall connect and program it. Chris first explained what he was going to do it then did it in a very polite and professional manner. Great job

Angel the technician set up all of my equipment. TV, sound bar, DVD/CD player, etc. programmed all of the streaming services. Gave me a lesson. Very patient. Removed all of the old appliances for recycling. She was delightful.

Having recently purchased a 65 inch television we didn't want to just trust throw anything up on the wall without making sure it was done correctly. So we had geek squad come out and install the tv on the correct mount. It wasn't something my husband fully agreed with but knowing it gave his wife peace of mind that this expensive tv just won't fall off the wall he was all for it (besides it was his tv lol).

The Geek Squad did an excel job helping me set up and use my new Samsung 43” 8000 series LED UHD TV in my bedroom. He took the time to go over with me all the services it offered. He was very patient! Thank you Geek Squad!

Installer was very efficient and patient with all of our questions. He made sure we understood how to work everything with the TV before leaving.

The agents were prompt, professional, and efficient. When I had a subsequent problem, they returned and showed me how I had gotten lost in using the system. They also gave me great guidance on how to upgrade my equipment to resolve an issue with my speakers.

Agents setup TV connected cable, showed me how to navigate built in apps.

The agents were very efficient. It took only about 20 minutes to disconnect the old and install and connect the new tv. They did not have the connection wire for the VCR but looked it up on Amazon and showed me what to order. They took the old tv away and cleaned everything up before they left and showed us how to use the remotes, etc.

Agents mounted tv and connected all my devices quickly.

The team did a great job and answered my questions.
