We bought a new TV from Best Buy and hired the Geek Squad to come out and mount it on our wall and put in a strip to hide the cords. They were very efficient and also installed a new disc player (which we bought direct from them since we forgot to get it when we were in the store!). They also went through everything thoroughly, including the new universal remote control. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Set up and installed new Samsung ultra HD television along with my other components with no problems at all.

An almost perfect experience. The Geek Squad member was pleasant, and professional throughout the visit. When done, my tv remove would not control the sound. He advised it was probably broken because of age. After contacting Direct TV, I found out that the remote was obsolete for the new TV. I feel that the Best Buy guy should have recognized that. Otherwise, I could not have had a better experience.

My initial delivery and install by a third party was not complete (the tv stand was installed incorrectly). Geek Squad prioritized the appointment to correct the issue and the technician was fast and knowledgeable and the problem was quickly repaired with minimal disruption.

Agents delivered my TV and took away my old one. Agents set up my TV but had a lot of problems with my internet server

The Geek Squad was prompt, effective, and answered our questions in ways would could understand.

They were able to use my previous mount, but everything was done very quickly. (One of the installers kept saying to the other guy to hurry up he wanted to leave before the rain started and that they had to drive back to Houma) The didn't take the time to show me the back of the TV and where my head phones were to be plugged in. One of the guys who installed my TV was very knowledgable. They just moved to fast for me.

4.12.22, Anton arrived on time, very polite and professional. The agents mounted my tv and devices. It was a 2nd installation as the agent on 4.5.22 was very anxious and in a hurry to leave without mounting the 2nd tv as it already had the brackets attached. We had to pay an additional install.

The tech guy was very helpful in setting up the new 4K Sony TV and explaining everything to my parents.

Awesome setup service! Tech knew exactly what he was doing with no issues or problems. Took a lot less time than I expected. As part of the service Tech brought my old TV into another room in the house and set that up too. Outstanding!!

This 24" LG TV is great. Picture is better than I expected for a small unit. The sound is outstanding. The Geek Squad set it it up for me in short time. I highly recommend this LG to anyone interested in a smaller TV for a bedroom, library room, dorm room, or whatever. Nice.

Cody Fontaine was the epitome of professionalism and helpfulness when he came to set up our TV and link it to our universal remote. He clearly explained all facets of the TV's operation as well as those of the remote, and he patiently answered all the questions we posed to him. His instructions were spot-on. We haven't had a single problem accessing and/or operating either the TV or the remote. The Geek Squad should clone Cody.

They came on time (they actually called and asked if it would be okay to come early and I was happy about that) and installed in less than 15 minutes. This tv was too large for me to do it alone and I didn't want to damage it even trying so I appreciated their service. They kept me updated throughout the week and confirmed my appointment.
