They were awesime. Mou ted within one inch of where i wanted it and double checked with me for everything.

The agents were phenomenal . They took the upmost care not only in mounting the TV but also while bringing it inside and taking care of my walls and other items near the work area, kept trash to a minimum and cleaned up while they worked. When they finished it was like they were never there. Excellent work!!

They made sure I understood every single function and operation of my new TV. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but my recent experience with their installation service for a 100-inch TV has completely changed my view of the company. From start to finish, the process was a complete disaster, filled with mishaps, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism. First Installation Attempt: Total Chaos On the day of my originally scheduled installation, I received calls from two separate teams claiming they were coordinating the delivery and install. When the TV arrived, the team on-site refused to install it, saying they weren’t authorized to do so. Meanwhile, the other team, who called earlier to confirm, said they were “on their way.” Best Buy later admitted they had sent a delivery team instead of an installation team. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the delivery team, who had already brought the 135-pound TV into my house, insisted on taking it back to the truck because the correct team wasn’t available. I was told I’d need to wait another two weeks for a new delivery and installation appointment. Horrible Customer Service When I called to reschedule, the agent I spoke with was extremely rude, repeatedly calling me “bro.” When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he refused and left me on hold for an extended period, never returning to the line. At this point, I had no choice but to escalate the matter to Best Buy’s executive team. Second Attempt: Still a Disaster After getting the executive team involved, they scheduled a new installation appointment for the day after Christmas, with a 4-person crew promised to handle the massive 100-inch TV. The appointment was set between 7–11 AM. I received a call at 8:30 AM from the install team, saying they were picking up the TV and would be at my house in 30 minutes. Hours passed with no updates, no communication, and unanswered calls. Finally, at 2 PM, I got a call from the install team, informing me they had just picked up the TV. When I asked why no one had contacted me earlier to explain the delay, the person hung up on me. The Actual Installation: Unacceptable and Damaging The install team eventually arrived at 3 PM—nearly 8 hours late—and instead of the promised 4-person crew, only two people showed up. These two men were clearly not equipped to handle a 135-pound TV, and the results were disastrous. During the installation, they dropped the TV, damaging my $15,000 antique furniture right in front of me. When confronted, they tried to brush it off like nothing happened. To make matters worse, one of them had the audacity to ask if I wanted screen cleaner for the handprints they had left all over the TV. I assumed it was a courtesy offer, given the situation. At the end of the installation, however, he asked how I wanted to pay for the screen cleaner. After everything they had done, this attempt to upsell me was the final insult. Still Waiting for a Resolution I immediately contacted Best Buy’s executive team about the damage to my antique furniture, but as of now, I’m still waiting for a resolution. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using Best Buy’s installation services to think twice. Summary This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Between the miscommunication, unprofessional behavior, delays, damage to my property, and lack of accountability, Best Buy has completely failed me. If you value your time, property, and sanity, do not use Best Buy’s installation services. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Oscar was the associate that came from the Gainesville FL store as the lead with Matt as the assistant. I observed Matt was attentive and ready to help Oscar at any command. Oscar was difficult to work with, his energyfrom the beginning was negative. He started off stating he'd have to order the proper wall mount while going through his phone, notating to me that he did have intent to or the motive to mount my tv that day. I then told him I had already purchased a mount. Oscar facial expressions convied his unhappiness, and began to he began to sigh with a negative connotation questioned about the mounting purchased. I went to the garage to get the mount and came back to see Oscar leaning looking into my kitchen we made i contact and he stated "I'm not mounting this TV in a full rotation mount. I ask Oscar to move to the left which placed him where he was originally was im(in the living room) before I went to get the mount from the garage, and showed him the mount I had purchased. Oscar continued with negative connotation repeating himself about not placing it on a Full rotation mount and asked where I got it from as I had already placed the mount on the floor. I explained where I bought the mount and offered to pull it up on my phone after Oscar began to ask more details about the mount. Oscar made me feel like he didn't want to touch the unboxed mount laying on the floor. I stated, "you can look at the mount, it won't hurt you." Oscar said he'll be back and he and Matt left for about 12 minutes and returned to open the mount box and begin assessing the mount. Next Oscar began doing measurements with a tape measure. Oscar continued to show to me what appeared as he didn't want to do his job. The constant sighing and undertones nagging started to frustrated me and make me cynical of his intentions. I watched Oscar make measurements and saw that the tv would fit, but didn't want to have to go back and forth with the worker about doing a job that the specialized in doing, plus I paid for a service to be done,..not to explain why it would fit or have someone come to my home without the intent to do their job and leave. Oscar saying the tv wouldn't fit. If course I ask Oscar to explain, he stated first that the ceiling angles where too low, after I was able to show him why lowering the tv would fix that, he then stated my fireplace fixture would be in the way (just another excuse). I ended up removing my fireplace fixture leaving a hole in the wall. After the tv was placed, it was evident that the fireplace fixture did not have to be removed. Oscar is not welcome to my home ever again. And if he is sent to my home again, I intend to and will press charges. Oscar a Major Liability to the company.

Installation leader was very uninterested. He literally said hanging these TVs are the worst part of his job and was very combative telling me repeatedly the mounting stand I bought would not work. I showed him a few different pictures of the same stand with the exact same tv on it. He relented and finally mounted it where I can’t even get to the inputs. Tv is great geek squad not so much.

The delivery service was a life saver in this tv. The guys were very professional and the service was quick. There’s no way I could’ve hung this without this service. They connected it to all of my gaming consoles and other device and even helped troubleshoot a problem with my Ethernet. Amazing all the way around!

I had a 98 inch TV installed on a wall mount. I already have an 85 inch TV but it was amazing to move up to a 98 inch. The install team was amazong. Polite, they wore booties, hooked everything up and reviewed everything with me Cassie and Sophie are top notch professionals.

Best Buy professional crew arrived on time from what was discussed on my install of my 98'' TV . Wall mount was level, straight and well placed where I wanted it with safety of connection for electrical. Cleanup afterwards was perfect and asked if all was in order for my satisfaction
