I couldn’t be happier with the incredible service provided by the Best Buy Geek Squad team for installing my new 98-inch TCL TV. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The team arrived on time and handled the massive TV with care and precision. They expertly mounted it in the perfect spot, ensuring it was securely and professionally installed. The process was incredibly quick, yet meticulous, with every detail attended to. What impressed me the most was how seamlessly they connected all my devices—sound system, streaming devices, and even my gaming console—to the TV. Everything worked perfectly without any hassle or confusion. They even took the time to walk me through the setup and make sure I was comfortable with all the features before they left. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Thanks to them, I’m now enjoying a stunning home theater experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism. If you’re considering using Geek Squad for your installation, do it! Great installation of the TV mount - and the TV onto the mount. The delivery guys arrived on time - and did a great job of installing the TV mount. They ensured the height and placement of the TV on the mount was exactly where I wanted it. Very satisfied!

Crew was great! Very efficient. Arrived when they said they would. Cleaned up was great! Made sure we knew how to operate controls and how system worked. Was very comfortable having the men in my home. Made sure we were satisfied before he left. 3rd party contractor install

The first team which came out to install both of my monitors was good. I had everything ready for them. I called the day before and told them they would need more than two people due to the height of the monitors. They only sent one team and I had to re-schedule to get more techs out to lift the tv's into position. I only needed the extras for 10 minutes or so. It cost $449 to get this assistance. And.... I had to wait a week more to arrange them. I got a discount for my wait, because it would have been $800. For 10 - 20 min work. If they had communicated with the installers when I called ahead, I feel we could have had this done on the original date. Note: Everyone was extremely nice, and sympathetic, but some of the kindness needs to become efficiency. It was costly to Geek Squad to dispatch twice. I had a perfect setup for the first team. I even had studs marked and a laser level available if they needed. Please note that the original installer lead knew what she was doing and was, I feel, a great asset to Geek Squad, she just didn't have the resources available to do the job the first time. Due to communication between the sales people and the install teams.

The agents took down my old tv and mounted the new tv. They cleaned the area after all was installed. The lead agent took time to instruct me on the tv. Both installers were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

We’ve been living between two properties: one a temporary housing situation and the other our new remodel. I called Best Buy to explain our situation, telling them that the delivery window was too long to sit and wait at the remodel where the TV needed to be installed, because there was no heat in that house yet. The Geek Squad called me right away and told me the exact time they would meet me at the house so I wouldn’t have to were for them! They were on time, efficient, and expert installers. Couldn’t be happier.

Mike from the Geek Squad did an exceptional job installing my 98 inch Samsung TV. He made sure it was perfectly mounted and Balance just the way I wanted it to be. He then took the time to walk me through the functionality. It was very knowledgeable and I’m glad Best Buy uses professional installers.

To be honest, this is borderline 3 / 4 stars. Wanted to go higher but just couldn’t. When the installers actually got here, they did a good job and were polite and nice. The main frustration came from the THREE reschedules that Best Buy did. The first day was on a weekend that worked best but when they were about to come, we got a call and this is literally what the guy said - “oh wow, this is a big TV. Yeah, I’m going to need more help.” Well, of course, it’s an install for a 91+ inch TV, so I’m not sure what was expected but they literally cancelled because of that reason. Fine. We wanted the TV sooner than later, so my wife and I both took work off on separate days to accommodate Best Buy’s availability but they failed to show up both days AFTER saying they would that day. So, that was extremely frustrating. It got to the point where we had to go back to Best Buy in person, complain, and then we were labeled as “VIPs”. Then, miraculously, they came first the next day. So, I guess we should have complained in person right away. We’re satisfied and happy with the TV installation but wish they had been better with scheduling and more transparent about it as well. We lost two days worth of work.

The guys who showed up to install my 100" tv were fantastic!! They double checked wall mount before hanging the tv to makesure all was good. They didn't leave until I had everything going and was completely satisfied. They also left me a call back number so that if i had any problems at all that day they would come back to solve them. That to me is over and beyond what i expected!! THANK YOU BEST BUY!!

Installation team was great! Very courteous, friendly, careful, and thorough. Mounted my 100" TV without doing any damage or mess. Very satisfied!

The two-person installer team was fantastic! Unfortunately, that was the third appointment. The first appt was cancelled the morning of it for illness. The rescheduled install weeks later was thwarted because BestBuy's online system recommended an incorrect TV mount because it has the VESA pattern incorrect (that is what the installers informed me). A little over a week later the third install appt finally got everything up and running!

The staff were friendly and very professional. They measured everything out before they put the TV up, and unboxed everything for me and took the box with them. Having them come and install a 100 inch TV was a big time and stress saver for me. Having to try and wall mount a TV that is over 100 pounds would have been a big hassle, but they had three people come and lift it up. Would highly recommend this service for larger TVs.

They set up the wall mount I had bought separately, and mounted my 100" tv without issue. They worked fast and efficiently, and they were very polite. Great job!

They were extremely professional and took great care to protect my furniture and walls. They quickly assessed the space and discussed options with me to ensure the TV was positioned perfectly for optimal viewing. Expertise & Attention to Detail: The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable. They ensured the TV was securely mounted and that all wiring was neatly hidden, making the setup look clean and polished. They also took the time to calibrate the settings to get the best picture and sound quality. Clean-Up: After completing the installation, the technicians left the area spotless. There was no mess or debris, and they even took the time to ensure all the cables were organized and out of sight. Overall Experience: I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. The installation was quick, efficient, and the technicians went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Geek Squad for any TV installation needs. The Geek Squad TV Mounting service was included with the purchase of my TCL 98 TV. The installation was performed by two technicians who were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to ensure the TV was setup properly and everything was properly aligned. One thing to note is that they do charge you extra to have a cable concealment kit installed.

BestBuy sent 3 installers for our 100" TV and I am happy to report that the installers were extremely friendly, prompt, flexible and very knowledgable. Their names were: Alex, Dustin and David. The process could not have gone smoother. I also had them relocate and rehang 3 other large TVs. I 100% recommend these guys.

The guys were flexible, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job installing. I had them hauling a 98” tv up some steep stairs and they invited the challenge. Highly recommend. The service was provided for free because of a promotion, but I would have happily paid considering the superior service.
