My 2nd system had several hiccups but happy now that everything was completed and running as i eould have expected. Ben was great... difficult to get hold at times but very helpful.

Installed outdoor speakers, required a saw which the supervisor brought out. They were competent and cleaned up the mess.

Excellent concealed speakers installation experience - they put the speaker wires through the studs behind wall plates, configured the receiver and cleaned up. The audio setup now looks much neater with no visible cables on the walls to the speakers. They came with the required materials like speaker cables and wall plates, so the only thing I had to purchase was the wall mounts for the speakers. My experience with multiple Best Buy Tech support services I have used over last few months has been very good and recommend them.
