Geek Squad installed two in-wall speakers and two floor tower speakers for my home theatre. They hooked them up to my existing receiver and everything works fine and sounds good.

Best Buy technicians ran all the wiring for our new home theater sytem. Good job and on time.

Guys did a great job with the install. My constructive criticism is to ask your clients first before mucking with TV picture and audio settings. I was very clear to them that I am AV savvy yet they went into my TV settings and made a lot of changes that I had to undo. Installing speakers has nothing to do with my picture so please don't touch! I get it they think they are the experts and maybe they thought they were doing me a favor but they did not! So please, ask first, don't assume.

Installation included pre-wire and then final install. Everything worked out great.

All TV and cabling was created on the inside and exterior of our home with no errors. The TVs and speakers work great.

This was for a washer and they were fabulous, hooked up the pedestal and everything!

Install went well even though the gent ran into issues with how the builder did the pre-wire (not agent's fault). Was able to find an acceptable solution.

Bentley who hooked up my surround system was awesome really takes pride in his work, did a great job and system sounds awesome.

Brandon and Brandon were fantastic. Very polite and respectful. They showed up on time and explained everything that they were going to do. They made recommendations but left all final decisions to me with no pressure. If you are lucky enough to get them in your install as well, you will see why I was so impressed

The installation team for our home theater system inventoried the equipment and found that the initial sound system would not work. They were able to go back to the store and buy an appropriate system which ended up saving us money!

The . agents strung the wires to my TV, helped me purchase additional equipment that I required and showed up on time. What more could you ask for?

This was worth the money. All my speakers are up and not even one wire showing. Looks like a movie theater in my living room. Geek Squad was amazing and area was clean when they left

The Geek Squad guys came out and did a great job mounting my speakers on the wall and concealing the wires with the Wiremold system. Recommended.

The Geek Squad installed my speakers and did an excellent job.

They installed the receiver and it works great. The HDMI is not working correctly. I have texted the technician and will more than likely have to have them back out.

My Geek Squad agent Daniel installed and hid well my center channel and subwoofer speakers. All cords are completely hidden and well secured. Another thorough job from Daniel!
