Geek squad did and excellent job connecting system and came back to follow up on some additional requests. Jason and Jay were excellent with the tech and even better in the way they interacted with us and explained everything.

We truly enjoyed having the Representative and team recommend and install all of our low voltage wiring and items for our basement remodel. The only thing still not working as well as we hoped is the WIFI signal in our home. We have 3 nodes located throughout the home. Should help, but doesn't. Hoping to get that part resolved soon. Thanks for your help

Total tech is the 2nd best investment I’ve made in quite some time (my new home being the 1st) I took two laptops in for repair and cleaning, both were returned ahead of the promised time and are operating very well! Kudos to Geek Squad!!

We came to Best Buy just wanted to check out our options. However, people here are very friendly and willing to make it work within our budget, therefore we made a decision right away. The installation team, Jason and Will, was very professional and courteous. They even brought a vacuum to clean the mess on the floor. Overall, very satisfied.
