Mike and Shawn from the Saratoga Springs, NY store were wonderful at setting up the new surround sound and new TV. Theu were very efficient and took the time to explain to us on how to usethe new remote and system.

Entire house outfitted for sound and TV’s and all associated gear. They were a large team and were a extremely knowledgeable and well coordinated. Spent entire day and finished everything before leaving!! Great guys as well!

The agent installed my TV & speakers. The TV screen was broken when they took it out of the box. He was able to get another one and get it installed without delay. He explained everything to me and took time to make sure I understood everything.

I don’t have much to report other than due to COVID-19, the installation of my equipment was delayed. I decided to go in a different direction. So temporarily have delayed the installation but was still required to write a review.

NICE JOB BUT I NEED THEM TO RETURN TO FIX SOME PROBLEMS..I HAVE TRIED TOO REACH THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES AT THE NUMBER THEY LEFT AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO RETURN MY CALLLS AND I AM NOT HAPPY.

The agents mounted my TV, installed the wired speakers in the ceiling and got the system working very smoothly. They also set up the system so that it was easy to operate. I will definitely be using them again.

The TV was setup, the additional accessories and devices were also connected quickly and efficiently. He took the time to go through all of the features of the new TV and receiver as well as answering all of questions to my satisfaction.
