The Ring door bell has alerted me, home or away. I know when people or animals are near the front step. I can access video on my cell phone or laptop in house.

My service guy came out on scheduled day. Installed the wall tv mount on wall studs, leveled it and showed how to hold tv to move it around. Installed Roku smart stick and programmed my tv clicker and the Roku clicker then showed me how to use both of them. He then Installed my ring doorbell and outside camera and showed me how to work them both. Absolutely the best service I've ever had. Would definitely recommend BB's service plan and kudos to my service man!!

My husband purchased the ring security system from you. Unfortunately my husband passed away 06/21/2021 and I was not able to reschedule the installation of ring at my house, which happened 06/22/2021. At this stressful time I was not able’ to comprehend and clearly verbalized my needs and questions. Your employee suggested to give him the call or email if I will have them later. I did both, I called, I emailed , I never received the response. I even get into the store, and your “Geek guy” states he can not help me if I do not have the appointment with him. Would you be happy if it was you? I understand you are busy but you still have to try to make your costumer satisfied. I had a very basic question, just show me this kind of attitude is very uncool. Saying we are here for you but never respond is not professional, and double standards. Please be the owner of your words

They didn't actually come out as they called prior to the appointment and the order was put it wrong but had a great convo on the call. Very insightful which helped me out a lot.

We had some initial problems with the door bell transformer but the installer kept with it and got the doorbell working.

Very professional and helpful. Great job. I recommend an electrician be onsight during the install so they can work together, otherwise, communication between the parties is challenging and the homeowner must act as an intermediary.
