    The Geek Squad agent advised me that the Harmony device I purchased would not work properly with my Alexa Show. Therefore, I returned it. BTW, the Geek Squad Agent was very nice & very professional!

    They sold me the Lg Oled tv and said the Alexa voice control will work on it. They came and set it up and it work and then it stop. Not happy with this

    Mr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and professional with my problem. Most important, he was very understanding of my "lack of knowledge" of the matter and was patient with me!
