Geek squad has been here 7 times. All new equipment and they are not able to make New Samsung function with voice commands. The time and accommodation to keep letting the GS try to get it right is hardly worth the savings of being a member of their program.

The Geek Squad agent advised me that the Harmony device I purchased would not work properly with my Alexa Show. Therefore, I returned it. BTW, the Geek Squad Agent was very nice & very professional!

Hi Scottyboy – It is always a disappointment when your technology won’t work with the products you already own. I’m sorry that we weren’t able to get that connected for you.
