They arrived on time and were very courteous! The gentleman talked and explained as he unpacked and set up the TV. The only issue was that he did not tell me that I would need a special HDMI cord.

Big screen, difficult controls. I now have 5 remotes and can’t get the cable remote to turn it on or off. Difficult integration.three different geek squad people babe out and each told us a different story and did or didn’t do things correctkyb

Best Buy Geek Squad removed heavy old TV and set up new Smart TV very quickly. Answered all our old school questions very patiently. Excellent service. Courteous and helpful!

They brought my tv the day before Thanksgiving and when it arrives, they opened it and it was broken. Instead of waiting until the next business day, they stayed over thier schedule and went back to the store and picked up another tv and delivered and set it up a few hours later. I was vey appreciative.

Cooper did a great job installing my LG TV and helped me with various features. Only problem I had was getting someone to come out to our home.

I’m a DIY guy — 72 years old — I can’t tell you how satisfying it was watch 2 squad members unbox, mount, connect, demonstrate, and take the empty box away — living large with Total Tech — will be sad when my plan renews to the lessor Total plan but if I’m understanding the changes I can still pay a little extra for installations

Your TV deilery company was great neat clean and very knowledge. Showed my the basics on how to operate the tv, just wonderful.

I called in the Geek Squad to connect my TV to my new AV receiver and to update my universal remote. My agent, John L., did a great job of setting everything up.

Stanley arrived ON TIME, proceeded to assemble the barn door stand then hooked up TV, set it up...cleaned up and left. We were & are VERY PLEASED with everything! YEA GEEK SQUAD & BEST BUY!!

The Geek Squad subcontracted the installation of the TV and soundbar to another company and we weren’t pleased with their services. Overall they weren’t anywhere near as professional as the Geek Squad personnel are. One out of the three of them knew what he was doing and the other two must still be training. He actually had an unpleasant body odor and sat on my upholstered furniture without asking permission. We do understand how to work the TV as a result of his instruction. They asked us to dispose of the TV and soundbar boxes! I was handed a paper survey form to fill out after they finished their instruction so they could return it to their boss!! This should have been handled via email or text message. I gave them a better review on this form than they deserved to avoid getting involved in an argument with them. Whoever owns this company needs to upgrade their services.

The geek squad did a good job of getting my new Samsung Crystal tv and my existing components installed. The only thing that was not completed was the ability to turn the tv on and off with the cable remote.

When you're spending a grand or two (or three) for a television, add a C-note and have it done right. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were courteous, professional, respectful of our home. They took the time to explain the features and benefits. And left the installation site spotless. Great ambassadors of the brand.
