Very friendly Geek Squad who answered any questions we had. Gently took out the 65 inch 70 plus pound tv out of box and placed the tv stands where it fit the table perfectly. Helped in setting up the tv so we could watch cable service tv stations. Helped with understanding the tv remote functions and helped with also setting up the universal remote. Arrived on time and gave us a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival.

The Geek Squad showed up on time (with three of them), they assembled the base, removed the old TV and set up the new one. I think in all of ten minutes I had a glorious picture on the screen.
