The Geek Squad delivered and setup my new 55" Sony tv. They also removed the old Sony tv. They reviewed the new tv with me and answered all my questions. Excellent service.

geek squad installatiom was quick and the specialist was pleasent to deal with

My wife and I decided to have the Geek Squad set up and connect our new smart tv with the new sound system from Samsung along with paring the remotes. The Geek Squad members were very knowledgeable and professional about their work and very fast in completing the service. They explained all details and operation of the equipment. Myself I was very happy with their service as being in my 80's I couldn't be more happy than to have a service available like the Geek Squad to do the lifting and set up of my 65" tv and our sound system!

Johnathon was amazing. He set the TV up and paired the old remotes as well as set up the one that came with the 4K box from Comcast. He was patient and showed us how to move between what we wanted on this very complex TV. He is worth asking for to do y0our service.

They brought my TV in with care and were courteous. Patiently explained the settings and buttons on the remote. Removed my old TV along with the new TV packaging.

This is the second TV the Geek Squad has installed for us, which includes setting up the sound bar and relocating another TV. They are quick, precise, and very friendly. We like the Geek Squad.

The two gentlemen that installed the flat screen TV wall mount and ran the wiring through the wall could not have been nicer. The install was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves!

Installer was on time, courteous, and willing to help me change where he installed the TV and move another TV elsewhere in my apartment.
