The service was excellent. The size of the TV made it more practical to pay for them to come assemble install and take the box with them. It was worth it. They gave me tour of the TV .

Set up team was knowledgeable, on time actually beat the text notification telling me they would arrive soon. They were very professional and completed set up quickly.

GS Agent brought in my new 65" Samsung OLED TV, unpacked it, installed it in the entertainment center and connected all my devices and to the network. Gave me a quick tour of the remote control functions and demoed the TV settings and confirmed the audio and display were to my preference before taking away all of the packing materials and the old 65" TV. GS Agent was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Awesome service!

My TV was installed by Earnest and he was amazing. He called before he arrived and he followed all safety protocols. He was so patient and guided me with the use of the TV and even helped me set up a yahoo account on my phone. Earnest was personable, very precise , neat and did not rush out the door until I felt comfortable with my new TV . I haven't had a new TV in many years and he took the time to explain it all . I would highly recommend his service.

The Geek Squad arrived as scheduled and went right to work. Our set-up is complicated because the TV is wall mounted with the wiring going through the wall. They had to get a different mount to fit the spacing of the studs, but got the work done without a problem.

I thought that they forgot to give me my user Manuel, but I found it.They were so nice and helpful , they can connect anything from now on.

I bought 3 TVs from Best Buy, and I wanted 2 mounted in the bedrooms, and the 75" set up in the AZ. Room, I hired the geek squad to do the work, the guy came out and did a GREAT job, everything was mounted and looked and performed great, the guy was very knowledgeable, and made me feel that the job would be done and done correctly. Everything was setup and works great, he even installed a sound bar with big TV, I recommend the geek squad for all your set up needs, there a little pricy, but you get what you pay for.

This Geek Squad team is terrific. They were very professional in delivering our new TV, and were very thorough in completing the installation process to our satisfaction. They were very patient in answering every one of our questions. I trust them to always do a good job! Thank you.
