The geek squad serviceman set up our 50" sony tv very quickly and efficiently. He adjusted the color to where we thought we were almost in the picture as they are so real. We are very please with the technician and will buy another tv in the future from BB.

The young men that visited my home to install the TV were very professional. Went out of their way to make sure I was fully comfortable with the operation of the TV before leaving.

They did good job of installing the TV. they tried to set up the headset we purchased but it was the wrong one. I exchanged it and call the Geek squad that did the TV but they never came back to install the headset.

I would never install my Home Theaters w/o using Geek Squad. They guarantee all of their work....they do it in half the time and they explain any and all features of your new equipment.

The agents set up my TV and showed me how to turn it on and off.

Physical set up was good. Neat job, connected all wires, did the set up to internet. My system was set up as a home theater by best buy , magnolia service years ago. My expectation was that this new tv would be fully intergrated into my system. That was not done. I was told there is a way the tv smart function can feed to my receiver, but they didnt know how to do it. I upgraded from standard delivery to tv connect to have these things done.

I purchased my second TV from Best Buy in a month. My new Samsung has beautiful brightness. My 65” gives me a theater experience. As for my first TV, I asked for the Geek Squad. In no time , the reps had the TV connected, the Geek Squad adjusted all the settings. They were very competent and friendly.

They came in, unboxed my TV, unhooked my old TV, reattached all wiring and assembled the TV and stand. Set it all up and voila, it was done.
