setup people were efficient , knowledgeable, and professional and right on time. I didnt need as much as I thought since the tv fit on the stand that I had nicely.

I had been looking for sound systems before purchasing the Samsung. Most of the other systems would have cost me in excess of $400 to $600. The Samsung delivers a superb sound for $250.

I purchased the large screen TV installation and the Audio setup together. I have a new 55" 4K HD Sony TV and the 4K DVR and 4K audio system to replace my older TV, DVR and Audio system. Already having my Best Buy Total Tech Support coverage I only paid $49.99 for the installation and replacement of my old TV and DVR and $49.99 for the new 4K Audio setup. That made it very easy for me as it would have been very difficult for me to do this myself. They sent out two people to get it done. I'm very happy with the service rendered and this purchase.

Two agents knocked this bad boy out. I am retired, In no hurry. We had a pleasant conversation during a very easy installation and set-up. No Direct TV. No U-Verse. Internal antenna. Watch PBS most of the time. Programming revealed 50+ channels. Fantastic. Way to easy. Blessings to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. One wire to internal antenna. One wire to AT&T's Gateway Box. Boom. Done.

the set up of the television was fine .. what was not good was that when I went to Best Buy to place the order for them to come to my house to set up my TV I also ordered the television to be installed on the wall since I am a member of the geek squad and when the geek squad member came to my house the order he had was only TV set up and that means my tv still on the table and not on the wall
