goodIs Greek life really worth it? There are many advantages when it comes to joining a fraternity or sorority. Greek life is a great way to meet new people, gain leadership skills, and build lasting connections — and then there's also all the parties and events you'll be attending.

I highly recommend Sean Mooney for all installs. He knows what he is doing, is experienced, and performed my TV + soundbar install perfectly, quickly, and seamlessly.

The OLED TV is very nice. Sound is okay, but could be better. Picture is phenominal. Expensive considering other options available, but overal a nice TV. I would recommend it if you can afford it.

The agents set up my new TV on the stand, and discovered after trying 2 different cables that the HDMI port on my cable box was no longer working. It had apparently happened when the nearby lightning strike took out the TV. They connected the TV with component cables so it would work, although the picture wasn't quite as good as it would be with HDMI. They gave me detailed instructions on what to tell the cable company in order to get a new cable box.

The Geek Squad was great about hooking up my tv, directv, and stereo together and making sure the millions of cords were organized and hidden. But they only programmed one remote to control everything when I had four. I only have one that will control the volume.

They did such a wonderful job of putting it together.

I had a good delivery of my new TV at the Germantown, MD store - your men were friendly and helpful and carried the TV to my car. Your Geek Squad rep was on time for the installation, performed the work in a timely manner and gave us full instructions on operation of the TV and streaming. We were well satisfield.

The agents were so knowledgeable; they helped me with all my questions as they installed my TV. It didn’t take them long and I was ready to view as they left. The lead tech gave me his card in case I had any problems. I couldn’t have asked for more competent service.

Not the brightest bulb in electronics setup! And, having just had back surgery, a 65" tv would not have been a good idea! Total tech support provided me a timely need for fantastic new tv, but they were immaculate, friendly and extremely helpful with questions and tech hints for my new home theatre. You can do that or struggle and hope you are getting the most of your purchase. I took the sure bet AND purchased total tech support for add ons planned down the line. It was a great delivery, set up, and buying the tech support has lead to peace of mind!

Excellent service from the Store Customer Service to the Technician that delivered and set up the TV.

I had a very weird issue with the volume on my Amazon Fire TV and it was only within the Amazon app. Everyone at the store in Porter Ranch were totally pro and really worked hard to understand my strange issue. They sent out a guy with a new TV to see if that TV had the same issue. It did. But the Geek Squad guy found a setting that I search for for days. It was in a weird place. I kept my original tv. So, I am glad I bought my new TV from Best Buy because I love the Insignia TV I bought and they went above and beyond with their Geek Squad customer service.
