Was very impressed with the timeliness, efficiency, courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge of these guys. Following the installation, I was shown all functions of the new remote and some of the basics on my new smart TV (65" Samsung). If other purchases are made in the future, will not hesitate to use this service.

My TV and sound bar was installed with no issues they did a really good job

At first, I was a little hesitant to spend the extra $$ for installation, since the TV was going to simply be sitting on the mantle, but, it was an 85inch TV, and there was no way I wanted to risk my investment. Two men showed up, and actually arrived a little ahead of schedule. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and showed us how to use the TV. They moved our old TV to the basement, and took away all of the packaging. Both men were kind and courteous. Not having to tackle this myself was well worth it.

We had the most fantastic team come out to move our TV and component setup so that we could get a new rug installed. Tony ( and we requested him because he has done great work for us in the past) and his partner did a terrific job of that as well as programing our Harmony remote to accomodate our new Dish Network setup. They are coming back to move the TV back when the rug is installed AND bringing a new Sony Blu Ray that will eliminate our need for a separate component for our Roku. Tony is professional, fast, and always neat. Appreciate his service and will always request him when we book a service with the Geek Squad.

I really like this Samsung TV, but rather than mounting it on the wall I chose to keep it on its pedestal. It looks really nice in my home and I am happy with its performance thus far. The Geek Squad did a phenomenal job of setting the TV up for me and guiding me through how to use it.

This was the sole reason I picked up the total coverage or whatnot as it made the installation of my oled TV and wall mount taken care of, instead of costing hundreds of dollars. Plus, it gave the perk of added warranty. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stares is that most products I buy are built well enough to where I rarely need this. But, when I did need it, it came in real real handy.

Geeks Squad once again performs great!...arrived on time stated, Moved one 65" large screen TV into another room, installed and programmed that, installed and programmed the New 75" replacement TV, set everything up, reprogrammed my Logitech remote controller, etc....cleaned up everywhere, took the empty boxes, reviewed all that was done checked to make sure I knew what & how it all worked. I have used Geek Squad services in over 5 new home moves, in 2 different states and they are excellent!

Restored original settings and brought sound bar back to proper balance. Great job.
