These guys made it so easy! In and out in 20 minutes. Set everything up, and took out the trash. All we had to do was point and click the remote. :)

Opened my laptop as usual in the morning to discover NO e-mail files...period. Called Geek squad for help. They were able to recover my E-mail daily records which was fantastic, allowing me to send and receive, but were unable to recover my E-mail record history folders. Subsequently these were recovered by a Micro-soft technician.
