Geek squad came and installed my new TV and new soundbar. They hooked everything to one remote including the cable box.

Outstanding service. On time, very patient with us.

A single mom family member in another state needed a new HDTV. Since I couldn't buy them one, install it and remove the old TV I let the Geek Squad handle it. The Geek Squad delivered the new HDTV, removed the big heavy TV and installed the new HDTV on the wall. They even setup the wifi, and got everything going. Then they hauled the old one off and disposed of it. Great service that was easy to use.

Techs wall mounted my 85 inch tv and connected my surround sound system and set it up completely.

The agent set up my TV and connected my Apple TV and Sound bar and programmed the remote so even I knew how to use it!

Nice TV color is very true and clear and sharp easy to operate, only thing that the company LG can take off the remote the little dot that jumps around.

The tech was friendly and quickly set up my TV. now can access all my services easily. They include Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Sling.

The techs were Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient with getting my tv setup.

There were 2 techs. Not sure if relevant but I was originally the last stop until the lead tech received a call to go back to a previous call. I set up most of the equipment so all they had to do was plug in 3 power cords and an HDMI. He did some programs, handed me 2 of the remote and instructed me to put them away I wouldn’t need them. AlexA was not hookup/programmed, no instructions except how to run it in and off. I purchased a Blu Ray player and while setting it up I received messages that I wasn’t connected to the Internet. I called Geek Squad and the CSR transferred me to the “expert” on this. I explains the issue to the expert and he needed to place me on hold so he could ask a colleague. When he returned, he went into what appeared to be a script explains I had an issue with my Internet and I need to call that provider. I didn’t interrupt him so he could continue to make up answers. I finally stopped him to ask if he knew what Geek Squad installed, he said he did. I then asked if he knew how wireless sound works and again he answers yes. So I explained to him that my sub and rear speakers are all wireless therefore they need Wi-Fi which requires Internet. That system was on and working as I was being lied to. Out of frustration I asked for a supervisor. By now I was already on the phone for half an hour without a resolution and now I’ve been on hold for over 5 minutes. I paid $200 for this? They plugged in 4 cables. I assembled the speaker stands and hooked up the FIOS cable to the TV. They didn’t have to hang anything on the walls and I had all the speakers in place. Soundbar on the TV stand, rear speakers on their stands and the sub behind the TV. So for my money I received 4 cables plugged in and zero customer service which I was told was unlimited for 30 days. I should have saved my $$$)

Marcus and Dyllon were models of customer service and professionalism. They mounted and connected our new TV and relocated our old TV. They both helped us understand and appreciate the features of our new purchase. They both relieved us of any tech-phobia we may have had. They should be the example that every Best Buy employee should follow. Thank you.

Geek Squad setup of a large screen TV is the only way to go. So much more convenient. They set it up and take away the box.
