Set up my 55” Samsung TV and 60” Sharp TV from Cable box to basic checked all channels and insured that everything was working on all my TV

We were very pleased with the Geek Squad's installation of my Mom's new 55" television. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respective to both her and her property. All of the connections made worked perfectly and she was able to watch her new TV using the same cable remote that she used for her old TV.

The Geek Squad team was excellent. They were quick and thorough. The tested everything and walked me through the operations.

The two installers that delivered my LG 65" CX OLED TV did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the set up process to me as they were setting up the TV. I don't know about you but I would rather pay Best Buy the delivery and set up fee that to try and do it my self. After all if the delivery or tv is bad Best Buy makes good on replacement. If I do it myself I own the mistake or damage to the tv.

Prior to relocating to Victoria, TX, I requested the Geek Squad setup and reconnect my electronics. It included my 55 inch Sony 930, an Onkyo hi-fi system, a central and two external audio speakers and a sub-woofer. My move included the necessary wiring and connectors. Suddenlink Cable was attached. In less than 30 minutes, all of my electronics were functioning. The two guys were "all-stars". They took the added time to explain how my hifi system will perform when viewing TV. I could not be happier with their quality efforts and results.

He carted away the old TV and the new one was delivered, set up and I was given instructions. No hassles........prompt, professional,.......what's not to like?
