Showed up on time and had our new 75” 4K UHD SONY TV up and running quickly. Then spent the needed time to show us how to get started.

The agent was very friendly and helpful. He helped me move the TV I was replacing as well as mounting the new TV. He set everything up and made sure I understood how my new TV worked. He made sure all packing material was cleaned up and took one of my older TV's off my hands. In my opinion Job Well Done.

Geek Squadder was great w/ install & addt'l support!

Had a new tv delivered and installed. Hooked up to a HD antenna and a VCR. In addition, a Roku installed on another tv. Also, a combo vcr/dvd player was installed. The associates could not have been nicer. Showed me the new remotes and how to operate. They were so quick and efficient.

The Geek squad installed our TV and connected it to all accessories flawlessly. Everything checked out and working perfectly!

The agents were excellent. My only criticism would be that they didn't know they were supposed to connect the audio system to the television because the sales person did not include that in the paperwork, so they didn't have time to do it all in the first trip. It was not their fault and they were apologetic. Very good and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them.

The installation process was excellent as was the rep...except for his condescending attitude with racial overtones as he was leaving.
