Agents got the tv set up and working. Really need and instruction manual on how to turn tvs on though. Older people forget what they're told and need it written down.

With the quality help of a sales rep on the phone, i got a fabulous new TV. It was the only one left in the country at Thanksgiving. I couldn't be happier. The pucture is incredible. Sound is crysral clear and it's easy to operate. Pretty good for this old lady who had no idea what was what when she started shopping that day!

Eric and Juan were so very knowledgeable about every single aspect of our new 75” TV, they set it up, perfectly, just where we wanted it, and trained us how to use it. The Geek Squad set up my new 55" Samsung TV with no issues. They connected all my devices (digital antenna, BlueRay player, Roku streaming device, and RCA to HDMI converter) and programmed the TV to recognize all external devices. They hauled away my old TV and new TV box. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I would use this service again.
