Great TV clear picture fantastic sound love the features

Geek Squad connected all my components and surround sound to my 75’ Samsung TV!! Everything works great thank you Geek Squad!!

So glad I chose the service. She was friendly, patient and efficient. Took packaging away, was tidy and took me through the features.

The Geek Squad Delivery happened at the time they said they would be there. They introduced themselves, surveyed the area where the set was to be installed and got right down to business. They wasted no time connecting the set into my HT System, verified that I was happy with how it was working, and then carted off an old 27" CRT set I'd been using while awaiting the new set. All in all, I'm pleased with how it all happened.

Set up went fine. The spectrum control was a little challenging. Did not work properly on first visit. Second visit was a success after a lengthy process that finally got the control to work integrating The sound bar, the Tv and the cable box. Good Job by all.

The Geek Squad arrived on time, was efficient and knowledgeable and Covid-19 prepared! Excellent service!
