Geek services for a new TV was seamless. Letting go of an old buddy TV that had serviced us well had been delayed, dreading the hassle of learning a new system. But this Geek Squad took us on to updated technology with new hook-ups with on site education. They were quick, efficient and full service! By the time they left I was ready to switch and hone in on the full capacity of the newest technology with ease, and success! Well worth the fee!! They left a contact number if additional assistance was needed, but it was a number that did not get used, because the instructions were that complete and great!

The Geek squad installed my new 55" Samsung TV and all of the hook ups. They spent a lot of time with me so that I understood how to use the remotes and switch back & forth between Cable, Netflex, Disney & Samsung. That was the Best Part of their installing my TV since I'm 80 yrs old
