The Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job installing and connecting my TV. They even spent time showing us how to use the remote.

They arrived and set to work disconnecting stuff and then unpacking the TV and sound board. They were very professional and explained what needed to be explained. I am using my Verizon Remote as they set it up so I could. They also showed me how to access the other things using the remote including my PS3. It didn't take as long as I thought it might. Very happy with that.

Geek Squad (really one guy) brought in, set up and connected it to Comcast. He installed our sound bar and adjusted it to work properly. He made sure all the apps worked and showed us how the menu worked. Made sure all the updates were downloaded. He was very thorough and polite.

This experience has been soooo helpful. I just sat there and was able to relax while they set up lol. The guys were professional and helpful.

This team was very knowledgable and knew exactly how to hook up our television. They even put velcro on the back of the tv to hold the smaill cable box.
