The agent connected my tv and also connected my other tv downstairs

Was going to mount TV myself but in turn decided on Geek Squad. They were perfect on the installation.

Placed order, no problems, received update calls, ordered high dollar value projector and geek guys installed.

Our Geek Squad worker, Elijah, was terrific! He was so knowledgeable, had many amazing gadgets that helped with the efficiency of his work & worked very quickly. He explained to us how to operate everything very clearly & understandably.

The installers were quick,courteous, and helpful, explained features and setups.

Team is very professional and have all required tools. They work as per the customer requirement and also provide good suggestions

Tech unpacked tv, attached stand, did all set up needed and explained things in a way to easily understand.

Took old one down replaced it with the new one, did a great one job works like a champ. They were taking old TV to recycle, there was a crew installing Wood Floors, one of the men said he would like have the old TV, I managed to run the Geek Squad down and they returned the TV. I appreciate them going to the going to the trouble to return it, the guy took i home and he said it works great. Thanks for the extra effort.

I have never had a TV mounted before. We were a little leary of having it placed over our fireplace but wanted to save space in the room. The installers were excellent and VERY knowledgeable! They went over all the details and had products on hand that were needed and were not supplied to me in the store when i ordered the set up. They went over every detail with me and installe the 70" TV perfectly! They even got a dustbuster and cleaned up any mess on my floor from drilling in the wall before they left. Id HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone!

All went well. TV hooked up to all needed devices.

My Geek Guy was terrific. I could not have asked for more about the install and he made sure I understood how to operate everything before he left.

I was using four separate remotes to do what I wanted with the TV and He got me down to just one! Thank you Geek Squad!!
