Our geeks did a great job explaining how to use this TV, were patient with the questions we asked.

The two agents that came and set up my tv answered all my questions and showed me all the goodies my tv had to offer. They were very nice and friendly and made sure things were cleaned up when they left.

Expert, expert, expert. Great professionals. So refreshing to find people who act like they enjoy their jobs. (Unlike some other utility companies I've had to deal with) Since I've purchased the 1 year Geek Squad service, I'll continue to use them for my other devices. Definitely worth it when you're older like me and cant set up tvs and computers myself.

Hardware Technology and picture is very good. Picture quality on par with Samsung or Sony of similar technology generation. Beware of the operating learning curve. It is not intuitive. Although LG does provide access to some u-tube educational material. I have not decided if the Magic Remote is a plus or a minus. After living with one Logitech Harmony remote for my entire system for 7 years, LG and the Magic Remote has me back to three remote controls for different components. I know that there must be some way to get some magic out of the thing. Just don't want to have to sign up for college to learn how.

Well worth every penny for an old man to have these young men set up these new electronics!

Geek Squad Installer, Randy, quickly and professionally connected our LG 65" TV to our video components. He also added our Internet-capable TV and video components to an existing wireless network, performed needed software or firmware updates, and programed the remotes that came with our equipment, ensured that all wires and cables were neatly dressed, and made sure area was clean when he finished. He even left his contact info and offered phone support for any questionswe may have in the future. Awesome service!
