    The gentleman who set up my new LG was courteous and patient. After completing the installation and the cable hookup he showed my how to use everything. He called the next day to see if everything was working properly and if I was experiencing any difficulty.

    Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV set without a hitch. If you don't use Geek Squad for installation you're making a huge mistake.

    The two guys did a awesome job of getting everything set up and running. They were very helpful in explaining how to use the remote for the tv

    Delivery and set-up took less than 1/2 hour. Have had no-problems (Have used GEEK SQUAD, 3 times; and will again,,,,NEXT TIME. BEST BUY has our electronics store....

    First time using Geek Squad set up - what was I waiting for. Technician showed up on time set up new TV. Walked me through the varius remote operations. The setup was completed quickly, took old TV and cleaned up overall very professional job
