I am 73 year old and thought I would need help setting up my new receiver with my home theater properly. the TEC was terrific, he answered all my questions and had it set up in about 20 min. service was HORRENDIOUSLY EXPENSIVE, almost $300. I will not do that again! the lower rating is because of price only, service was very good.

All I had to do was let them in and sit back, I liked that. They set everything up showed me how to work everything before they left.

The Geek Squad has custom-mounted two large TVs with sound systems in our home, and has done an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them.

Our agent Darren was highly competent with thorough knowledge of the services to be performed. There were three TVs and 3 sound-bars to install and other equipment that had been hooked up to our previous TVs. He was pleasant and friendly. We felt that he was an expert. He showed us how to do various things with the remote, which is so important with today's smart TVs. We were totally satisfied with the work he did.

The team was knowledgeable not only in the installation process but also the operation of this particular model. Happily answered all my questions..

The guys hooked up my TV and did a great job. They were polite and explained what they were doing.

Our Hisense TV was delivered by outside vender & not the Geek Squad on 12/29/22. Had trouble with the voice not matching the person speaking. Hisense helped one evening over the phone. Then the voice still wasn't working properly. Called Geek Squad and he came on 1/28/23 and is working properly now.

The techs did a terrific job of connecting our new TV to our tuner-amp.

The setup was arranged quickly. The two gentlemen, Rich McCaulley & Matt Wilt, who dleivered and set up the tv were polite, friendly, careful, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them again!
