Please have your Geek Squad people approach their job “in how can we make this experience a good one for the customer—instead of telling everything that they can’t do.” After starting the process of getting a new TV (after dealing with Mediacom) the end of December, jumping several hoops, then being told to jump some more hoops nearly 4 weeks later during the installation, I wasn’t a happy camper. I wasn’t sure what the $150 was getting me. Thankfully, Joe S recognized my frustration, made a simple phone call, and completed my service in a calm and capable manner. (After I paid another $50.) I do like my TV and more powerful router.

They unboxed, built, connected, and got working 2 "smart TVs" and showed me how they worked, thoroughly. When done, they cleaned things up and left, leaving me with 2 new functional TVs. They had informed me so thoroughly what to do and how they worked, they worked perfectly! A great, helpful job!

The service people did a great job. they were on time and did a gerat job.

The agent Stephen Michaels came hauled away my old tv. He brought in my new Samsung smart tv. He hooked it up explained everything to me . He was excellent. He told me if I needed anymore help to call him. I called I was having trouble getting my WI-FI password in. He came back and put in my password after he got off from work.

I had to replace my old TV, and the Geek Squad installed it along with the new blue ray player and connected everything up to my Direct TV and insured my streaming services were connected and working. They were actually a little earlier than anticipated and were very helpful . Can't recommend enough.

THEY MOVED MY OLD ONE AND INSTALLED THE NEW TV AND ALL EXTRAS WITH IT IN A SHORT TIME. I HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS.

the agent unboxed my tv,hooked up my sound bar, hooked up my internet, programmed my remote , and synced it to make channel selection, sound all worked together. I never understood what he was doing but it all works perfectly.

I ORIGINALLY GOT THIS TV FOR MY LIVING ROOM BUT IT WAS TOO SMALL (IT WASN'T REALLY, BUT I KNEW I WANTED SOMETHING BIGGER). SO I GOT A 55" FOR MY LIVING ROOM AND MOVED THIS ONE TO MY BEDROOM. TALK ABOUT AWESOME!
