Excellent service of delivery and setup of new LG OLED model TV. Geek staff were very knowledgeable about the product and its advanced features as I upgraded from an 8-year old LG flat screen. Most helpful on setting up the features and use with my existing and new streaming options. I guess I threw a little curve and did NOT need wall mounting, they did great to set up TV for placement on my media center.

I'm sure I could have done this myself...but. Its a couple hours of work, and if I messed up I didn't want to have warranty problems. This took the worry and hassle away and the TV was installed without incident.

Not all of the previous channels which I streamed were set up on the new tv. Do not understand why channels such as Kanopy could not installed without a ROKU. Also, do not understand why I need two remotes, one for the tv and the other for the sound bar. My last tv, a 50" Insignia, which died after two years was able to be controlled by one remote.

Second Purchase of this TV. Have a 55” and now a 50”. Great TV.
